- Does not use cookies, localStorage or sessionStorage to remember individual visitors.
- May count repeated page loads as additional views.
The counter communicates with the website’s own server, so the related requests may still be included in ordinary server logs.
These statistics are used to understand content popularity, not to identify or track individual readers.
5. Contact form and email correspondence
If you contact me using the website’s contact form, I collect the information you choose to provide, including:

- Your message
This information is used to read and respond to your enquiry.
The contact form is provided through Contact Form 7. Messages are sent through the website’s hosting infrastructure to my Live Laugh Cozy Hobby Gmail account, which is provided by Google.
The website is not configured with a separate contact-form submission database. However, technical information associated with form submissions may still be processed in server logs or by security and spam-protection tools.
Google may process and store correspondence as part of providing its email service, potentially including processing outside Switzerland. Applicable safeguards and Google’s privacy practices are relevant to that processing.

8. Spam protection and website security
Live Laugh Cozy Hobby uses WP Armour, a honeypot-based anti-spam tool, to help protect website forms against automated submissions.
Honeypot protection uses hidden form fields to help identify automated submissions without requiring visitors to solve a CAPTCHA.
The website does not currently have Google reCAPTCHA or Akismet configured as active Contact Form 7 integrations.
Technical request information may also be processed by WordPress and the hosting provider for website security, troubleshooting and preventing misuse.

Live Laugh Cozy Hobby includes links to external websites, such as crochet pattern creators, craft suppliers, books and other resources.
When you follow an external link, you leave Live Laugh Cozy Hobby and the destination website may collect information according to its own privacy practices.
